Ingredients:
For 1 Serving, about 1 medium sized mug
1 tablespoon instant coffee of your liking
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 tablespoon hot water
1 drop vanilla extract, optional
Milk
Cocoa powder or dark brown sugar powder, optional
Add 1 tablespoon of instant coffee, 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar, 1 tablespoon of hot water, and 1 drop of vanilla extract into a bowl, combine them well with a spoon, make sure the sugar is dissolved.
Use your hand mixer to start whisking the mixture with a lower speed, and slowly increase the speed level to high, mix about 3 minutes until stiff peaks form and the mixture become creamy and fluffy.
To serve, fill your favorite glass with milk up to 3/4, spoon the whipped coffee on top of it. Lastly, sprinkle some brown sugar powder or Cocoa powder to garnish.
